The 64 Hour Experience (2014)

55min   |  Director  Writer  Producer  Editor

This hour-long documentary follows 12 teams of students from the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts as they each attempt to make a film in LACHSA's annual 64 Hour Film Festival. Given specific stipulations at the kickoff on Friday afternoon (a genre, a character name, a line of dialogue, and a sound effect), each team must then write, shoot, edit, and finalize a 7 minute film that will be turned in on Monday morning at 8:00am. Follow along as these 12 teams are pushed to their limits, all in the name of filmmaking.
